Marian Clinic offers health care, hope and healing
for those who cannot afford medical and dental care on their own.

Medical

For medical care, Marian Clinic welcomes residents of Shawnee County who are living at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines and have no insurance or other means to obtain care. We ask that individuals fill out application forms and provide proof that they meet financial guidelines and residency requirements. (New patients need to enroll before appointments can be made. There are financial guidelines and proof of income will be required. Pay stub, W-2 form or letter from employer are examples of proof.)

At the Garfield location in central Topeka, Marian Clinic delivers general medical care on-site with referrals as needed for specialists’ consultations and treatment, health education, medications, and medical supplies and equipment as available.

A women’s health program provides health screenings and physical, educational and supportive services for the unique needs of women. Contraceptives and obstetrical services are not available. The Clinic offers natural family planning to help women achieve or avoid pregnancy.

Business hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The Clinic is closed over the noon hour each day.

Dental

For dental care, Marian Clinic welcomes individuals who are living at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines and have no dental insurance.

Children with medical cards or HealthWave insurance and senior adults on Medicare without supplemental dental insurance are also eligible for dental care.

Dental patients do not have to be living in Shawnee County to be eligible for services.

On East Sixth Street, Marian Clinic Dental provides dental exams, cleanings, X-rays, extractions, fillings, dentures and sealants.

For dental service, a new patient must enroll ahead of time to get an appointment. Enrollment is ongoing.

There is limited time for emergency appointments each day. It is best to call early. Call 233-2800.
